Shipping Charges

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Website. KazooCamping.com offers shipping within the 48 contiguous states (this excludes shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories and APO addresses). All purchases from this Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. Upon shipment, KazooCamping.com may email to you a tracking number upon request.

Exchanges, Refunds, and Returns

Products may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a full refund, less a 15% restocking fee as charged by the manufacturers. A return authorization number must be clearly marked on shipping label.

Product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials and all miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. If any of these materials are missing, product will be returned to customer, refund will be voided. If the product is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of 15% per unit, will be billed to your account.

Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, not approved for return or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused.

Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.

Product Warranties

Products sold through KazooCamping.com are backed by manufacturer’s limited warranty from the date of original retail purchase that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. The length of the limited warranty will vary by product and manufacturer.  The warranty, included with your order, is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. Please refer the manufacturer of the product for the exact terms and conditions of the limited warranty for your purchase, and to file any claims against the warranty.
