RETURN POLICY - Any defective product can be returned for full refund minus shipping costs within 15 days of receiving product and subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in original packaging, including all instructions, packaging etc. and be resealed as new. Please contact us within 15 days with any problems or concerns with your product. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number and product will be replaced or refunded depending on the situation. We have high customer service standards, so if you are unhappy in any way please contact us with your concern. CANCELLATION OR REFUSE SHIPMENT POLICY - Refused shipments will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you make a purchase and decide that you no longer want the items before they have been sent out, there will be a 6% restocking fee to cover credit card processing fees. KazooCamping.com will not accept returns of non-defective merchandise after 30 days. KazooCamping.com is not a warranty repair station. All returns of defective items should be made to the manufacturer after 30 days. SHIPMENTS TO OTHER THAN BILLING ADDRESS - For your convenience, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address, although it may slightly delay your order. As a security precaution, we request that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. For your protection, we call and verify every order that is shipped to any person or address other than the card holder or address the bank has on file. For quick processing, the card holder may contact us directly to verify this information right after the order is placed. We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes for security purposes. ORDER PROCESSING- We will process all orders in the order we receive them. It typically takes 4-6 business days to process orders due to high demand. All orders are then shipped out. We are flexible and will do everything humanly possible to meet your needs! We only retain a certain amount of inventory at a time.
